CNC cylindrical grinder
The ODM32P-50NC/CNC CNC cylindrical grinder is a high-precision cylindrical grinder. When producing small quantities, automatic feed and a spark-free timer can achieve good grinding quality. During mass production, the two-stage automatic feed plus the two-stage measuring device (special accessory) can provide the best output and grinding effect (NC/CNC model).

The automatic intermittent feed and hydraulically driven worktable enable the most effective cross-diameter grinding of the workpiece.

Remove the rotating cover of the work spindle head and replace it with a three-claw or four-claw chuck. Change the position of the positioning pin to rotate the chuck, and fix it at 90° for end face grinding.

When grinding the outer diameter of the workpiece and its shoulder is to be completed at one time, the workpiece is supported by two top centers and the grinding wheel is modified to the right side of the grinding wheel head and rotated at an angle to grind.

The workpiece can be supported by the chuck or the two top centers. Both the worktable and the grinding wheel head can be rotated and adjusted easily.

The inner diameter grinding attachment (special accessory) grinds the inner diameter. Just pull down the inner diameter grinding spindle and fix it in the grinding position.
